NewsBruiser can import entries from your old weblog's RSS feed, as well as being able to talk directly to several other weblog systems. If you want to import entries from a weblog system you don't see listed here, you can try to write a custom importer (if you know some Python), or send mail to dev@newsbruiser.tigris.org, asking for help. If all else fails, you can import entries manually, one at a time.
